The BEST thing ever is whipped coffee, also known as Dalgona Coffee. There are only 3 basic ingredients. The temperature can be adjusted to suit your tastes.

And on that note, I wish you all a wonderful Sunday. I posted this Whipped Coffee video to my Facebook page and have received so many inquiries that I decided to write a post to address your concerns. In addition to the recipe, here are some suggestions for how you can prepare it. P S Also, I've created a matcha that has been beaten into a frenzy

Do all types of sugar work for whipped coffee?

Granulated sugar is what you want to use. Sugars of all colors and textures, including coconut sugar, can be used.

Could I use stevia instead of sugar to make whipped coffee?

Can you? Yes... BUT Despite the fact that it puffs up in the same amount of time as the sugar version, it doesn't remain fluffy for nearly as long. Unlike the sugar version, which maintains its frothiness for hours, this one only stays that way for two minutes before gradually dissolving back into liquid form over the course of five. For the unsweetened version, keep that in mind.

Whether or not whipped coffee can be made with monkfruit sweetener or other sugar alternatives

In a word, yes. Granulation is not required. P S Please use discount code VEGANLOVE20 for 15% off your next purchase.

Not having access to a hand mixer For what other purposes can whipped coffee be prepared?

In addition to a stand mixer and a hand frother or hand whisk, you can also whip coffee by hand. This took me about 8 minutes to make by hand (others have reported it taking up to 15 minutes). The secret is to whisk in a zigzag motion, moving back and forth or side to side, rather than just in large circles.

I suggest a whisk over a spoon due to the time and muscle-weariness involved in using a spoon. Just make sure you're using a bowl, rather than a mug or jar, so that you can incorporate enough air.

What temperature milk should I use?

All are fair game. I prefer my coffee iced, so that's what I usually do. It's the same principle, so you can heat it up. In other words, to make it hot, you would heat some milk and mix it in.

When you whip coffee, you get a unique texture and flavor.

This style of coffee (also known as tiktok coffee) goes by the Tiktok name of "whipped coffee." The South Korean actor Jung Il-woo is credited with coining the term "Dalgona Coffee" (Korean coffee). Since then, I've learned that it's been around for quite some time and has many different names in different cultures, including Frappe Coffee (Greek), Beaten Coffee (Indian), and others. Several days ago, I saw it for the first time on Tiktok (@imhannahcho).

An Instructional Guide to Frothing Your Coffee

There are only three components in whipped coffee. Create whipped coffee by combining 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of boiling water in a clean bowl. Blend it all together for 2–5 minutes using a hand mixer. You can find a ton of videos of me doing this in my Instagram highlights.

Use almond milk, soy milk, oat milk (learn how I make it! ), a href="MY_REDIRECT_PREFIX" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">span>oat milk/span>/a> (learn how I make If you're making an iced coffee, after you've made the whipped topping, pour 1 cup of your preferred vegan milk into a glass and add ice. After topping with milk, stir in the whipped coffee with a spoon. Usually, I'll use my straw to mix it in. Enjoy Refrigerated whipped coffee is good for several days.

What brand of instant coffee do you prefer?

I drank the double-filtered, full-flavor variety of Nescafé Classic. That's right, caffeine-free coffee also works! For this to function, you must use instant coffee. I've noticed that it doesn't function with three-in-one mixes.

May I whip matcha?

Yes In order to teach you how to make whipped matcha, I wrote an entire post.

To what other purposes can this be put, and with what should I pair whipped coffee?

This amazing drink is just one of the many applications for this versatile ingredient. Some tasty ways to enjoy it are listed below.

  • 2 tablespoons Espresso breve di freddo
  • 2 tablespoons crystallized sugar ,
  • 2 tablespoons a pot of water that is rapidly approaching a boil
  • spiced with a dash of cinnamon , optional
  • 1 cup favored milk , I've used almond milk, oat milk, and soy milk.

  • Mix the coffee, sugar, and hot water in a large bowl (you can easily increase the recipe for this). Beat on high speed with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer.
  • Add all ingredients to a mixer and beat for 2 minutes. Repeat the whipping process with the remaining ingredients, scraping the sides as necessary.
  • Smell (it'll be intense) But be sure to water it down with milk and sweeten to taste. Even though I've witnessed others adding an extra tablespoon of sugar, I found the sweetness level to be just right. Don't forget that the milk will water it down.
  • Pour your preferred milk into a tall glass (about 8 ounces/1 cup) and add the coffee. I’ve experimented with it using nut milks like almond and oat milk as well. Ice cubes, milk, and a dollop of whipped cream are the order of operations for iced coffee. Just pour it in the glass if it's hot.
  • Gently mix it into your milk with a spoon or straw and then stir it up!
  • Savor every drop Take a picture, too.
  1. Coffee can be blended with the help of a hand mixer or a stand mixer (which are the two most convenient options, in my opinion).
  2. You can make it by hand, but you shouldn't bother if you have better tools available. A minimum of 20 minutes is required if done by hand. In any case, that's the success rate on Tiktok.
  3. You can easily make it with a hand frother or hand whisk.
  4. If you can think of a better way to say it, just ask, and I'll add it to the list.
  5. Hint: I merely poured hot water from my Keurig machine. Of course, you could also just boil the water first.
  6. The amounts given above are merely a guideline, and you are free to adjust the recipe to your liking. You can, therefore, shorten it if you like; just be sure to maintain the same proportions.
Obviously, it can be used to create a wonderful beverage, but it also has a wide range of other applications. Some delicious ways to eat it are listed below.
  • P S And now, I can add "Whipped Matcha" to my list of blog posts.
